This blog started as a journal to follow the training adventures of Mindy and me, Katie, for our first half marathon.
Well long story short, Mindy got a bad hip and I got a bad case of runner's knee and we both got benched after over three months of training.
Now we are using this blog to journal our continuing adventures to challenge ourselves physically in every which way.

i still haven't bought one... i think i'd rather just run with a bottle.. and during the race they will have stands with water....
