This blog started as a journal to follow the training adventures of Mindy and me, Katie, for our first half marathon.
Well long story short, Mindy got a bad hip and I got a bad case of runner's knee and we both got benched after over three months of training.
Now we are using this blog to journal our continuing adventures to challenge ourselves physically in every which way.

ReplyDeletedude, I got my first one today, too! Luckily it was for my foot, so my head was free. Unluckily my foot went completely numb 5 minutes in and it lasted 25 minutes. Suuuuuuuucks.
